Hi, my name is Amanda J. Cruz

With over a decade of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), I am proud to bring a unique blend of personal and professional insight to the consulting services now avaialble through Rethinking Inqlusion. Whether navigating the classroom or healthcare space, I understand the firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with navigating spaces that haven't been designed with inclusion, accessibility, and belonging in mind - which is exactly why I founded an organization designed to support people in finding opportunities to grown and reflect upon their practices. I firmly believe that by enhancing our individual practices, each of us has the power to make our organizations more equitable, diverse, and just through our collective action.
